One 2 0z French Glass Jar of Loose Botanical Incense, with or without a 10-disk package of hollowed charcoals. It smokes and crackles.*

Made with dried herbs (many locally grown in beautiful NE Portland, Oregon by us!), herb powders and resins. Each herb is selected with very specific intention and represents ancient beliefs/traditions.

Use as much as you like, but we recommend about 1/2 tsp. per usage/ritual. Great for cleansing bad or stale energy, moon rituals, altars, etc.

*We highly recommend the charcoal disks, for a far more satisfying experience. We are selling them at a discounted rate, so you get a great value by buying both together. Moreover, once the charcoal is lit, it stays lit for a long time, which allows you to continually add herbs onto it. This keeps the aroma, smoke, ritual going. And it’s fun to add little pinches of herbs!

We offer this incense two ways (see dropdown menu): ground into a powder (out favorite!) or mostly whole herbs. If ordering whole herbs, keep in mind, we do use already ground powders in a few of the blends, so it might still be a little powdery.

Luck and Money:

Attract, maintain, or strengthen lucky vibrations.

Herbs and resin: Chamaemilum nobile (Chamomile), Cinnamomummanii (Cinnamon), Cymbopogon citratus (Lemongrass), Syzygium aromaticum (Cloves), Boswellia serrata (Frankincense).

Burn on hollowed charcoal tablets and watch it spark and smoke.  Always place charcoal (or incense, if not using charcoal) on a non-flammable surface like stone, sand, or iron. Glass sometimes works, but it can also crack if used without sand, so use sand inside the glass.

DIRECTIONS: Clear your mind, take several deep breaths, then set your intention. Focus and visualize what you want to manifest. Now, light the herbs, resin, and charcoal with small flame. The charcoal will spark and pop. Once it’s caught fire, blow the flame out and let it smolder. The charcoal will continue to burn, so keep adding new herbs as they burn, as long as you want. Do not leave charcoal unattended until it has completely cooled. It can burn and smoke for up to 30 minutes.

WARNINGS: Charcoal, incense, and area where they are burned will become very hot. Whether using charcoal or not, always use caution where you let the herbs and resin (and charcoal, if used) smolder. Never use any of these items on a flammable surface such as plastic, paper, or wood. Even glass can heat up and break. We recommend stone, iron, or sand in a sturdy bowl. We assume you are a responsible practitioner, so always be mindful of the natural elements (fire, water, air, earth, metal). They are very powerful.

Don’t like smoke? Boil these herbs in your cauldron ☺️(or pot of water on a stove) or potpourri burner and enjoy the herbs whispering their fragrances in phantom streams of steam. Heads-up: You may have to scrape the resin off the sides of the pot, so don’t use a pot you normally cook in. Using these herbs in a bowling pot (cauldron) of water uses steam, instead of flame/smoke, to disperse the scent. That way, you get a nice little facial, too, if using steam for cleansing pores. Or, feel free to sprinkle them in your bath, although we recommend using a strainer for easier cleanup. These herbs/resin also make SUPERB sachets!

NOTE: Keep mind these are natural herbs and resin, not perfume. Smoldering lavender doesn’t necessarily smell like lavender essential oil, for example (but you’re free to add oils)! That’s why we also suggest the stove method above (for those using these herbs as a more traditional incense instead of the purpose manifestation). To add a stronger scent, we recommend using 100% pure essential oils like our diffuser oils: https://etsy.me/2C2rYaz
